Noël Caleb x [A-Mod] Styling Showdown
It’s always exciting to be part of a fashion challenge because there are really no limits to creativity and self-expression. What better way to let your creativity go wild and frenzied than to cross brand 2 labels together and make it a cohesive piece?
To celebrate Noel Caleb’s arrival in [A-Mod], there was a styling showdown! Bloggers were able to experiment with pieces from Noel Caleb and [A Mod], style themselves and aim to achieve a strong cohesive look with these two labels.

Of course at fashion events, every single detail is always thought of and planned carefully from the pretty chairs. Last Saturday, the deets were seen from pretty chairs from Wonderland to cute little cupcakes and treats from House of Mini.

Season 2 of Noel Caleb’s collection Honey in a Rock was inspired by the structure and form of crystals and stones. The collection features bold and vivid colours and a variety of styles that can take any girl from day to night. Coupled with the versatility and and functional ready to wear apparels and accessories from [A Mod], style has never been so accessible and fun.

And so, after all the sweet treats, mingling and instructions for the styling showdown were given.. the fun begins!

Yus and I shared a fitting room and these were some of the items we picked out. We might have hogged the room for awhile with our screaming, photo-taking and chatting so we’re really sorry other beautiful bloggers! :)

I really loved the fluid satin vest and I tried to incorporate it in my first two looks.

After all the trying, I settled on my final outfit! I especially loved the loose asymmetrical blouse and the little details on the inner tank top (which was originally one of Yus’s choices!).

Every girl knows that a look is definitely not complete without the right makeup and hair!
There wasn’t much time for me to get my make-up and hair done though but the rest of the bloggers looked amazing!
Here’s Tammy getting made up by Dawn from A Beauty Box. A Beauty Box offers makeup classes, beauty workshops, makeup services, makeover parties and many more!

Perfecting her already pretty mane, here’s Diyannah getting her hair done by Caleb from Glitz Hairworkz.

After all the changing, styling and prepping, here’s presenting to you the other amazing bloggers!

Then we all gathered to to hear the results from James of La Mode Outre. (During the result it felt like ANTM when James said “There can only be one winner” and I think I might have let out a little burst of giggle, which got me a stare from Yus). If you are keen on seeing some of James’s great street style photos, there will be an exhibition coming up at Pigeonhole that will run from August 5th to 19th.

And the winner is…..
Diyannah!

Everyone really felt that Diyannah’s look was the strongest and best represented her personal style. I love what she did with [A Mod]’s scarf! Plus she walked away with more than $500 worth of apparel!

The whole experience was so exciting and fun and it was really great to make so many new friends and finally meet the lovely girls behind some of the blogs that are on my daily blogroll!

So sweethearts, it would mean the world to me if you could spare some time by voting for me in my blog post at Noel Caleb’s facebook page here. You have to like Noel Caleb’s page first and then like the link to my blog post! Thanks so much loves!
